Hair Treatments Explained

Ombré

The gradual blending of one colour hue to another, usually moving tints and shades from light to dark. It has become a popular feature for hair coloring

Balayage

Softer, less noticeable regrowth lines than traditional highlights - the principal idea being less is more when creating soft, natural looks. ... Also, Balayage is a freehand technique as no foil or meche are used to create the highlights.

Perms

A permanent wave, commonly called a perm or "permanent", involves the use of heat and/or chemicals to break and reform the cross-linking bonds of the hair structure. The hair is washed and wrapped on a form and waving lotion or 'reagent' is applied.

Colouring

Hair coloring, or hair dyeing, is the practice of changing the hair color. The main reasons for this are cosmetic: to cover gray or white hair, to change to a color regarded as more fashionable or desirable, or to restore the original hair color after it has been discolored by hairdressing processes or sun bleaching.

Olaplex

A patented active ingredient that works on a molecular level to seek out broken bonds in the hair that are caused by chemical, thermal, and mechanical damage. You can use Olaplex to restore compromised hair, or add it to another service to provide the ultimate breakage insurance.
